We want you to be happy with The AI Marketing Playbook.

Digital product

The Playbook is a digital download that you can access immediately after payment. Because of this, it cannot be returned in the usual way.

If the file does not open, is damaged or is not the product you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
If you were charged more than once by mistake, we will refund the extra payment.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what you expected. We will review every request fairly and reply within a few working days.

Reply to your Stripe receipt email or to any email from us, and include the email address you used to pay.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
