Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains how AI Marketing Advantage ("we", "us") handles your personal information when you visit this website, buy The AI Marketing Playbook or join our email list.
What we collect
- Purchase details: your name, email address and billing details, collected by Stripe when you pay. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Email sign-ups: your email address when you ask for the free worksheet or the first-week guide.
- Messages: anything you send us when you reply to an email or contact us.
How we use it
- To take payment, deliver your download and send your receipt.
- To send the emails you asked for, such as the free worksheet and the first-week guide.
- To send occasional emails about related products and updates, only if you have signed up to our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To answer your questions and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you (purchases), your consent (email sign-ups) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site. They process your data for us and have their own privacy policies:
- Stripe for payments and receipts.
- MailerLite for email sign-ups and emails.
- Cloudflare for hosting the website and file downloads.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for measuring our ads, but only if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our ads, such as whether someone who clicked an ad then bought the Playbook. The pixel sets cookies and sends information such as the pages you view and your purchase to Meta. It only runs after you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, it does not load.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Our other providers, such as Stripe at checkout, may set their own cookies that are needed to take payment securely.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. We keep email sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, reply to any email from us or to your Stripe receipt. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the UK or your country. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last changed.
